Minesweeper
Reveal safe squares, flag suspected mines with right-click or long-press, and clear the board.
How to play
Click a square to reveal it. A number tells you how many mines are hiding in the eight squares touching it — use those numbers to logically deduce which neighboring squares are safe and which hide mines. Right-click (or long-press on touch) to flag a square you suspect is a mine without opening it. Reveal every safe square, without opening a mine, to clear the board.
Frequently asked questions
What do the numbers mean?
Each revealed number counts the mines in its eight surrounding squares, including diagonals. A blank revealed square means zero mines touch it, and its neighbors usually open automatically.
Is my game saved if I reload?
No — reloading or navigating away starts a fresh board. Progress isn't saved mid-game.
Which board size should I pick?
Easy (8×8, 10 mines) is a good warm-up; Medium (10×10, 18 mines) is the classic difficulty; Hard (12×12, 28 mines) needs more careful deduction and a bit of educated guessing near the end.
