AI Search Readiness Checker
Paste a page's HTML plus optional robots.txt and llms.txt content to check how ready it is for search engines, AI answer engines and crawler controls.
What AI search readiness means
AI search systems still rely on many classic web signals: crawlable pages, clear titles, useful descriptions, canonical URLs, headings, structured data and concise source material. Newer signals such as llms.txt and AI crawler rules do not replace SEO, but they can make your site easier for AI tools and agents to understand.
What this checker audits
The checker scores title quality, meta description, canonical URL, H1 usage, JSON-LD schema, Open Graph tags, robots.txt crawl policy, sitemap discovery and llms.txt structure. It runs locally in the browser, so pasted HTML and logs are not uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Can this fetch my URL automatically?
No. Browser security and CORS rules make reliable page fetching inconsistent. Paste view-source HTML or rendered HTML for a private, repeatable check.
Does llms.txt guarantee AI citations?
No. It is a helpful content map, not a ranking guarantee. Good content, crawlability, schema and authoritative references still matter.
Should I block AI crawlers?
That depends on your goal. Publishers may want tighter controls; businesses seeking discovery may prefer allowing AI search crawlers while blocking training-only bots. Use the robots.txt generator and llms.txt generator together.
